Flossie Simonetti, 94, of Powhatan Point, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at home surrounded by her family. She was born August 5, 1930, in Powhatan Point, Ohio, a daughter of the late Samuel and Effie "Sophie" French Brown.

Flossie was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Shadyside. She enjoyed cooking, decorating and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Marion "Boss" Simonetti; four brothers, Floyd, Sam, Loren, and Glenn Brown; sister, Marge Baker, and infant sister, Ruby Leow Boetticher.

She is survived by her children, Kathy (Michael) Greenwell, John Simonetti, and Lori (Rob) Caldwell; six grandchildren, Luren (Joshua) Smith, Luke Greenwell, Jennifer (Bruce) Goutier, Rico Simonetti, Candace Caldwell, and Camryn Caldwell; eight great-grandchildren, Bryson, Nolan, and Logan Smith, Kristin Boduch, Katie Dowman, Cole Goutier, Luke and Will Simonetti; one brother, Lou Brown; and one sister, Lou Ann Mattone; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Shadyside, Ohio on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 11 a.m. with Father Dan Heusel as celebrant. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
