Florence A. "Flo" Miller, 81, of St. Clairsville, died Sunday, December 8, 2002 at her home. She was born June 11, 1921 in Chicago, Illinois daughter of the late Henry and Mae Thoele.

She was a retired receptionist for Dr. William Azallion at St. Clairsville; a member of the Thoburn United Methodist Church at St. Clairsville; and worked for the Belmont County Board of Elections.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William N. "Bill" Miller in 1998; two brothers and a sister.

Surviving are her son, Joe Miller of Concord, Ohio; daughter, Cathy Littman of Jacksonville, Florida; a granddaughter, Robyn Littman of Jacksonville, FL; and a sister, Charlene Wicyk of Madison, WI.

Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Kim Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville at the convenience of the family.
