BOSTANCIC, Flavia "Flo", 96, passed away September 10, 2011, at Beacon House Assisted Living Facility in St. Clairsville, Ohio where she had been a resident for almost 10 years.

She was born on April 1, 1915, in McDowell, West Virginia, the daughter of August and Julia Regoli. She was raised in Glencoe, Ohio, but lived most of her adult life in Neffs, Ohio, where she raised her family.
Mrs. Bostancic was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her husband, Ludwig, "Stretch," Bostancic preceded her in death, as did her parents and all of her siblings.

She is survived by her sons, James (Shirley Ann) of Yorktown, Virginia, Bill (Diane) of Wooster, Ohio, and Robert (Carole) of Bellaire, Ohio, and daughter, Elaine, of Virginia Beach, Virginia. She will also be missed by her sixteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She leaves many friends at Beacon House.

Mrs. Bostancic was a member and former deacon of Coalbrook Presbyterian Church in Neffs, Ohio. She enjoyed playing Bingo, bowling, fishing, gardening, watching Ohio State football on television, and making an occasional trip to Atlantic City.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. with Rev. David Demarest officiating. Burial follows in Glencoe Cemetery.

The family wishes to thank the caring and professional staff at Beacon House for their devotion to Flavia and her family and to Hospice of Wheeling for their service and comfort to "Flo."
