Fayetta Lilley Watkins, 90, of Belmont, Ohio died Sunday, September 2, 2018 in Forest Hill Care Center.

She was born May 3, 1928 in Moundsville, West Virginia, daughter of the late Cecil and Mamie Crow Lilley.

Fayetta and her husband, breeders of Brown Swiss cattle, had a successful dairy farm.  She also enjoyed her flowers, gardening and watching birds.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Krigbaum Watkins; a sister, Josephine Watkins; and two brothers, Harley and Tommy Lilley.

Surviving are son, Bill (Ruth) Watkins Jr. of Belmont, Ohio; a daughter, Cecilie (Bill) Partlow of Cincinnati, Ohio; two grandchildren, David Watkins of Madison, Wisconsin and Katy Watkins of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; two sisters, Gail Zwick of Wheeling, West Virginia and Jean Francis of Limestone, West Virginia; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation and service will be held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Saturday, September 15 ^th from 10 a.m. until time of service at Noon with Rev. Mark Seitz officiating.
