Faye Irene Scott, 84 of Bannock, Ohio went home to be with the Lord Saturday, April 26 , 2003. She was born March 11, 1919 in Warnock, Ohio a daughter of the late Ross A. Piper and Mary Goldie Strahl Piper.

Faye was a member of the Bannock United Methodist Church and a 50 year member of the United Methodist Women.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Scott; a brother, Kenneth Piper; three sisters, Betty Holloway, Ruth Williams, and Lorena Favot.

Surviving are a son, Charles "Bo" Scott and his wife Sharon of New Philadelphia; four daughters, Claudetta Waggle and her husband Robert of Bannock, Judy Lucas and her husband Ron of Belmont, Brenda Althouse and her husband Ron of Downingtown, PA., Vicky Meese and her husband David of New Philadelphia; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

Friends will be received on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St.Clairsville where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 with Rev. Ken Kelley officiating. Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St.Clairsville.
