FALCONE, Faith Mae, 7 week old daughter of Chad Michael Falcone and Jessica Dornon Mason of Barnesville, Ohio died Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Barnesville Hospital.
She was born at Wheeling Hospital on June 4, 2011
In addition to her parents she survived by her brothers, Donald Franklin, Jr., Wyatt Mason and Landon Falcone; Grandparents, Bruce and Glenda Dornon of Centerville, Ohio; Patrick and Linda Stewart of Barnesville,Ohio; Great Grandmother, Opal Stewart of St. Clairsville, Ohio; uncle, Jamie (Steve) Falcone and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Ohio on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Wayne Ickes officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
