Evelyn Westfall Obloy, 95, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Nov. 23, 2014 in Ohio Valley Medical Center. She was born on Jan. 11, 1919 in Southern West Virginia, a daughter of Mason and Bernice Moreland Westfall.

Prior to living in St. Clairsville, she resided in Wheeling and attended St. Michaels Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Frank George Obloy and her infant son, Sonny preceded her in death.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Linda Lee Vass and her husband Ernest Allen; four grandchildren, Michael Vass of Newark, Ohio, Jennifer (John) Lane, Scott (Janel) Vass and Jeff (Sue) Vass all of St. Clairsville; 7 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews and Robert.

In keeping with Evelyn's wishes there will be no public visitation or services. A memorial service will be planned for springtime.

Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
