Eva Marie "Cissy" Loccisano, 63, of Powhatan Point, Ohio formerly of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia.  She was born May 11, 1962 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late James A. Loccisano.

Cissy was a former stock manager with the former JC Penny store in St. Clairsville and a huge fan of OSU football games.  Back in the day, Cissy was an outstanding athlete in the St. Clairsville High School.

Surviving are two sons, Michael L. (Clinton) McMurray of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Corey Vicker of Maynard, Ohio; a brother, James M. "Mike" Loccisano of Bellville, Ohio; one grandson, Kaden McMurray.

As per her wishes, no visitation or services are planned.  A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Clairsville Junior Sports in her honor.
