Ethel Charlene Mathews, 63, of Neffs, died June 10, 2019 in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born April 11, 1956 in Braxton County, WV a daughter of the late Paul Edward Losh and Marie Elizabeth Starkey Losh.

Ethel enjoyed her plants and porch sitting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher S. Mathews; and brothers, Stanley and Paul "Butch" Losh.

She is survived by daughter, Brandy Mathews and a sister, Janis Losh.

Private services held at convenience of the family at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
