Ethel Mary Baker, 87, of Pleasant Grove, Ohio passed peacefully on October 8, 2021. She was born August 3, 1934, a daughter of the late Ludwig and Wilma Roscoe.

Ethel was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Harbor of Hope Church in St. Clairsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Donald "Del" Baker and a son, Craig A. Baker.

Ethel is survived by three children, David (Sherry) Baker of South Carolina, Penny (Daniel) Milhorn and Jill (Jeff) Allen both of Pleasant Grove; four sisters, Joanne (Joe) Costain, Elsie (Dick) Black, Jean (David) Golladay, and Rose Childers; a brother, Joe (Connie) Roscoe; five grandchildren, Heather (Adam) Shapaka, Joshua (Kelly) Baker, Justin (Jessica) Allen, Jared Allen, and Abby Milhorn; eight great grandchildren, Mackenze Baker, Madison Baker, Meara Shapaka, Carter Shapaka, Analise Baker, Jaxson Baker, Samuel Allen, Hannah Allen; and nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Harbor of Hope Church in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dean Myers officiating.  Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.  Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
