Erna Maria Teresa Bobot, 94, of Holloway, Ohio, died Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at her home.

She was born on January 7, 1928, in Landsberg am Lech, Germany, a daughter of the late Josefa Schilcher and stepfather Martin Stoger.

Erna was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Steve Bobot; daughter, Helen L. Bobot; and a grandson, Dusty R. Bobot.

Erna is survived by her children, Steve (Rev. Theresa) Bobot, Raymond (Carolyn) Bobot, Greg (Melody) Bobot, Irene (Marty) Horvath and Linda (fiancé Michael Neff) Bobot; four sisters in Germany; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Private services were held at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with Fr. Thomas Chillog officiating. Entombment was in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Holloway United Methodist Church.
