Emma E. Ramsay Pickenpaugh, 88, formerly of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Thursday, August 17, 2017 at her home in Dublin, Ohio.
She was born December 13, 1928 in St. Clairsville, a daughter of the late Paul and Edna Carle Ramsay.
Emma was a retired secretary from Consolidation Coal Co. and she was a member of Thoburn United Methodist Church for 82 years.
Emma is survived by several loving friends and cousins.
There will be a Graveside Service held at Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with Rev. Adam Davis officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Thoburn United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 4, St. Clairsville, OH 43950.
