Elsie Margaret "Peg" Williams, 86 of Pearson Rd., St.Clairsville, Ohio died Thursday, August 19, 2004 at home. She was born October 20, 1917 in Royal Oak, Michigan, the only child of Charles and Alice Stovall Worth.

Elsie was a homemaker and a member and deaconess of the Warnock Community Church, Warnock, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, E. Wayne Williams. They were married November 27, 1937. She was also preceded by her step-mother Elsie Olive Pacey Worth.

Elsie is survived by three sons, Charles "Chuck" (Priscilla) of Grove City, Ohio, Russell "Rusty" (Sherry) of Richmond, Virginia, John Stewart "J.S." (Becky) of Belmont, Ohio; and one daughter Susanne "Susie" (F. Jay Keefer, M.D.) of Wheeling, WV; nine grandchildren, Kim (Bill) Hicks of Salt Lake City, Utah, Wendy (Scott) Schultz of Monroe, Washington, Kurt (Kaysie) Keefer of Miami, Florida, Holly (John) Dwyer of Grand Junction, Colorado, Amy (Ernie) Hernandez of Grove City, Ohio, Shelly (Steven) Eubank of Richmond, Virginia, Jennifer Williams of Richmond, Virginia and Steven and Eric Williams of Belmont, Ohio and seven great grandchildren.

There will be no visitation. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
