Carducci, Elsie V. Tomolonis, 96 of Lloydsville, Ohio died Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Forest Hill in St. Clairsville.
She was born December 24, 1914 in Round Bottom, Ohio, a daughter of the late James Albert "Bert" Brown and Grace McMahon Brown.
Elsie was a former employee of Azallion's Clothing Store in St. Clairsville and St. Clair Cleaners, and a member of East Richland Evangelical Friends Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Pete Tomolonis and Elmer Carducci; daughters, Debbie Sinoski and Phyllis Stewart; a grandson, Paul Bevans; brothers, Clifford, Kenneth, and Chester Brown; sisters, Gladys Tomolonis and Garnet Elerick.
Surviving are a son, John (Beverly) Tomolonis of Key Ridge; a daughter, Delores (Earl) Clark of Lloydsville; brothers, Donald and Everett Brown of Woodsfield; a sister, Doris Dunn of Springfield, Ohio; 7 grandchildren, Christina (Marvin) Hess, John (Patty) Tomolonis, Jr., Cookie Bevans, Dave (Valerie) Clark, Denise (Kress) Preston, Nan Sinoski, and Lacey Sinoski; 4 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Rev. Wayne Ickes officiating. Burial follows in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
