Elsie Marie Sabo, 93, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022, at Wheeling Hospital.  She was born January 18, 1929, in Midway, Ohio, a daughter of the late William John and Rose Marie Spendal Patterson.

Elsie was a homemaker and a former member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and has been Attending Harbor of Hope Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edmond H. Sabo and a sister, Evelyn Bazar.

Surviving are her daughter, Marlene Sabo of St. Clairsville; a grandson, Stephen Michael (Valerie) Sabo of Virginia Beach, Virginia and a great-grandson, Stephen Henry Sabo.

Friends and family will be received on Friday from 6-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville and again on Saturday from 11 am to time of service at Noon with Pastor Dean Myers officiating.  Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
