Elsie Kathryn Binger, 77, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Monday, March 8, 2021 at her home.

She was born February 7, 1944 in Malvern, Ohio, a daughter of the late James Ashford McGlaughlin and Elsie Kathryn Hartshorne McGlaughlin.

Elsie was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed puzzles and reading.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Binger, an infant daughter, Michelle Binger, several brothers and sisters.

Surviving are her eight children, Walt Binger, Michael David Binger, Gregory John Binger, Jay William Binger, Jaime Lou Binger, Robert Anthony Binger, and Jenna Leane Binger, 12 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

Honoring Elsie's wishes there will be no public services.  Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
