Elsie Leona "Sue" Baker, 82, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died January 6, 2020 at Liza's Place in Wheeling, West Virginia.

She was born February 28, 1937 in Crabapple, Ohio, a daughter of the late Roy and Pearl Abel Butler.

Elsie was a retired office manager for Welty Buick and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in St. Clairsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert "Buzz" and William "Monk" Butler.

Surviving are her loving husband, Donald Lee Baker; a daughter, Janet (James) Astle of St. Clairsville and a granddaughter, Jessica (Sean) Ehrfurth of Wisconsin.

Private services were held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements were entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
