Ellen Cecilia Passa, 81, of Shadyside, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024, at Liza's Place of Valley Hospice, Wheeling, West Virginia.  She was born November 2, 1942, in St. Louis, Missouri, a daughter of the late Eldon and Mary Ellen Moore Mothershead.

Ellen was a long time Billing Clerk for Blue Cross and Blue Shield and was a Catholic by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles and Robert Mothershead.

Surviving are two daughters, Kathy (Scott) Klee of Neffs, Ohio and Diana Ring of Shadyside; two brothers, Louis Mothershead of Tampa, Florida and Michael Mothershead of Ocala, Florida; five grandchildren, Erin (Jeremiah) Jones, Scott (Shalyn) Klee, Casey (Justin) Clendenin, Zachary (Kaitlyn) Beard and Kail (Kate) Ring; six great grandchildren.

As per her request, no visitation or services are planned.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
