Ella Joyce Neavin Kelner (83) of Bonnie Lane, Adena, OH died Friday, June 28, 2019 at East Ohio Regional Hospital.  She was born February 18, 1936 in Martins Ferry, OH, the daughter of Ella H. Duckworth Neavin and Donald C. Neavin.

Joyce was a retired bus driver after 25 years with the Buckeye Local School District.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Martins Ferry.

In addition to her mother and father, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Donald, David, Kenneth, and Robert.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Vincent A. Kelner and her children, Vincent (Sandy) Kelner, Jeffrey (Karen) Kelner, Jacqueline (Michael) Smolenak, and Kelly Kelner.  Also surviving are two sisters, Nina Von Johnson and Sandra Albert, as well as 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A private services and entombment will be held at the convenience of the family, officiated by Rev. David Stammerjohn.  Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
