Elizabeth Vanecko Les, 84 of Shoreview, MN formerly of Michigan, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, died October 21, 2009 surrounded by her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Les, her parents, four siblings.

She is survived and will be sadly missed by son, John (Faysan) Les; daughter, Betsy (Alan) Murphy; much loved grandchildren, Jeff (Anne) & Jessica Murphy, Caelyn Les; a brother, Andrew Van Echo; sister, Helen Goebel; caring nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 31 at 12 Noon in St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, Barton with the Very Reverend Michael Kabel officiating.

Burial follows in St. Nicholas Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the American Heart Association or the charity of the donor?s choice.
