Elizabeth Denham, 89 of St. Clairsville died Sunday, April 3, 2005 in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born April 4, 1915 in St. Clairsville. A daughter of the late Harry Fox and Alma Reline Fox.

A member of the Warnock Community Church and the Glencoe Senior Citizen?s Center for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Denham in 1976.

Surviving are a son William H. Denham and his wife Gloria of St. Clairsville; a brother, Henry Fox and his wife Wilma of St. Clairsville; two granddaughters, Debbie Blake and Amy Denham; a great grandson, Austin Blake and a great granddaughter, Morgan Rae Denham.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Tuesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday with Rev. Diane Jefchak officiating. Burial follows in Warnock Cemetery.
