Edward Michael Klos, 78, of Country Club Rd., St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Monday, Dec. 15, 2003 at home. He was born Aug. 29, 1925 in Pittsburgh, Pa., a son of the late John Klos and Mary Holowasko Klos.
He was a retired sales manager for Westinghouse Corporation in Wheeling, W. Va., a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville, a Navy veteran of World War II, and a member of the Ohio Valley Chapter of MEMA.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jane Klos.

Surviving are his wife, Anna Mae Barber Klos; six, sons, E. Michael, Jr., and his wife Becky, Steven and his wife Lori, William, and Peter, all of St. Clairsville, Donald and his wife Cheryl of Texas, David and his wife Teresa of North Dakota; a daughter, Jean Snyder and her husband Marty of Cadiz; two brothers, Bud and his wife Tina and Bob and his wife Marge, both of Pittsburgh, Pa., and 12 grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Wednesday, from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., on Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville with Father Thomas Chillog, celebrant. Burial follows in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Lafferty.

A vigil service will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, in the funeral home.
