Winzenreid, Edna L., 81 of Centerville, Ohio died Monday, December 26, 2011 at Emerald Pointe Nursing Home, Barnesville.
She was born at Morristown, Ohio on April 20, 1930 a daughter of the late Leander and Pearl Workman Groves.
Edna had been employed at the Jonathan Logan Sewing Factory at Barnesville and was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, St. Clairsville and the Centerville Senior Center.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Winzenreid; a daughter, Beverly Peters; brothers, Robert, Charles, Lewis and William Groves and sister, Helen Saunders Bittinger.
She is survived by a daughter, Janet Juzwiak of Jacobsburg; sons, John W. (Rhonda) Winzenreid of Barnesville, Walter "Rick" (Sue) Winzenreid of St. Clairsville and Keith (Nancy) Winzenreid of Morristown; son-in-law, Gilbert Peters of St. Clairsville; sisters, Zelda McBurney of Barnesville and Lola Mae Barnhart of Colliers, WV; grandchildren, Kimberly Brown, Gilbert (Gibby) Peters, Jr., Ed Juzwiak, Nannette Schau, Terry Juzwiak, Shannon Winzenreid, Darla Mehl, Jonathan Winzenreid and MiKayla Winzenreid; great grandchildren, Matthew Hicks, Nathan Hicks, Rusty Peters, Gage Peters, Breanne Schau, Shyla Juzwiak, Anthony Juzwiak, Travis Peters, Ryan Juzwiak, Kaitlyn Schau, Brandon Mehl, Kasey Mehl and Brody Mehl.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Donna Kraus officiating. Burial will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda.
