Graham, Edna Mae "Toots", 81, of Jacobsburg, died February 5, 2009 in Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville. She was born in Belmont County, Ohio on February 19, 1927, daughter of the late George Albert Doty and Virginia Boston Doty.

Toots was a retired employee of Shadyside Care Center. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. "Bill" Graham; a great granddaughter, Kaitlyn Jo "Kaiti" West; infant twin great grandsons; four brothers, Henry, Floyd and Larry Doty and Amos Armann; and a sister, Nancy Harding.

Surviving are her three daughters, Diana (Willard) West and Rosy (Dexter) Martin of Jacobsburg and Janie Sparks of Cookeville, Tennessee; 9 grandchildren, Mark West, Mike West, Mandy Mobley; Tracy Amos, Joby Martin, Alvin, Steve and Bruce Sparks and Sandy Carter; 9 great grandchildren, Justin and Brooke Amos, Markie, Larry, Derek, Drew and Dustin West, Jakob and Chase Mobley; 3 brothers, Donald, James and Walter Doty; 3 sisters, Mary Caretti, Doris Peppard and Helen Parker.

Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. and again on Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Wenger officiating. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Smith Twp. Vol. Fire Dept.
