Obituary
Edith Louise McKelvey, 82 of Jacobsburg, Ohio died Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at her home.
She was born March 7, 1935 in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the Late Joseph Moore and Agatha Freeman Moore.
Edith was an Licensed Practical Nurse and a Methodist.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Diamond Silver "Bill" McKelvey; a son, William McKelvey; a sister, Annabelle Morris; and an infant sister, Juanita Moore.
Surviving are five children, Joanna (Larry) Palmer of Jacobsburg, Dee (Mark) Lucas of Alledonia, Johnny McKelvey of Jacobsburg, Dawn (Dennis) Palmer of Jacobsburg, and Suzanna McKelvey of Bellaire; a brother, Joseph E. "Bud" Moore of Neffs; a sister, Barb Knight of Columbus; 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. where services will be held on Sunday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Rusty Atkinson officiating.
Burial follows in Jacobsburg Cemetery.
