Dulcie L. Phillips, 86 of Centerville, Ohio died Sunday, July 9, 2006 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
She was born at Shadyside, Ohio on September 22, 1919 a daughter of the late Jacob Walters and Mary Jane Holland Walters.
Dulcie was a homemaker and a member of the Centerville Christian Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth R. Phillips; a son Kenneth J. Phillips of St. Clairsville; a daughter Darlene Baker of Centerville; seven grand children and eleven great grand children.
Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, Ohio on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. with Wayne Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens at Pleasant Grove.
