Charles "Duff" Fowler, 46 of South St.-Uniontown, St. Clairsville, Ohio went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, November 19, 2004.

He was born October 5, 1958 in Wheeling. A son of Grace Tunt Fowler Bauers and the late Carl Duff Fowler.

He was an employee of Wheeling Nisshin in Follansbee, WV., a graduate of Linsly Military Institute and West Liberty State College with a Bachelor Degree in Education and Safety. He served in the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne in the Panama and Grenada conflicts, and he was an active member of Ohio Valley Christian Church in Fulton.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Paul L. Bauers.

Surviving are his wife, Vicky Archer Fowler; his mother, Grace Fowler Bauers of Martins Ferry; sisters, Sue Hamilton (Jim) of Martins Ferry, and Janice Lucki (Martin) of St. Clairsville; step-sons, Dominic J. Simone and Laney J. Simone; numerous nieces and nephews, including Andy Bartolovich, Marty Lucki III, and Matthew Lucki; step-sisters, Linda Wiater (John), Sunny Fitzsimmons (Robert), Sherry Defibaugh, Mindy Halloran (Brad).

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Tuesday, November 23, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ohio Valley Christian Church, 595 National Rd., Wheeling, WV.
