Duane A. Lochary, 66 of St. Clairsville, Ohio died Monday, March 5, 2007 at his home.

He was born at St. Clairsville on March 17, 1940 a son of the late John P. and Vida E. Neitzelt Lochary.

Duane was a retired employee of Oglebay-Norton Company?s Captina and Saginaw mines. He was a member of American Legion Post 159 at St. Clairsville, Weyer Lodge #541 F.& A.M. at Centerville, Scottish Rite Bodies Valley of Steubenville, VFW Post 5356 at St. Clairsville and was an Army veteran.

He is survived by his brother James R. "Jim" Lochary of Belmont; Niece and nephews Patrick James Lochary, Christopher Allen Lochary, Tonya L. Dabrowski and Eric D. Lochary; several great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.

Military services will be conducted by the Belmont Co. Council of American Legion?s on Monday at 10:45 a.m.
