HETRICK, Dortha Brown Toland, 93, of Barnesville, Ohio died November 22, 2011 at Barnesville Health Care Center.
Dortha was born February 24, 1918, in Marshall County, West Virginia daughter of the late Harry A. and Mary Louise Wilson Brown.
She was a homemaker and member of Bend Fork Christian Church.
In addition to her parents, Dortha was preceded in death by her first husband, Herbert Toland in 1976; her second husband, George Hetrick in 1989; a foster daughter, Mary Lee Freiburg; and four brothers, Harry A. Brown Jr., Wilson B. Brown, Charles E. Brown and Allan W. Brown.
Surviving are her five foster children, Howard A. Brown of Beallsville, Donna Stanford of Forsythe, Montana, Allan Ward Brown of Cleveland, Ohio, Herbert R. Brown of West Virginia and George R. Brown of Barnesville, Ohio; a sister, Esther Perkins of Bethesda, Ohio.
Private services will be at the convenience of the family with burial in Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Bend Fork Christian Church.
