Dorothy Ann Seevers, 89, of Shadyside, OH., formerly of Glencoe, OH., passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at Shadyside Care Center, Shadyside.  She was born July 22, 1934 in St. Joe, OH., a daughter of the late Charles "Chick" and Ivalene Stewart Garloch.

Dorothy was a homemaker and a member of Church of Christ, St. Clairsville.  Dorothy enjoyed her arts and crafts, playing cards, crocheting, cooking and sitting on the porch watching humming birds.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Helen Elaine Garloch; two brothers, Charles Harry Garloch and Russell Homer Garloch.

Surviving are her children, Charles Lee "Charlie" (Gale Layne) Seevers of Columbus, OH., William Michael "Bill" Secrest of Glencoe and Lela Marie DeVaughn of Powhatan Point, OH; siblings, Betty Lou McGarry of Glencoe, Patricia Rose (Trevor) Howells, James Edward (Kathy) Garloch, Nancy June Kimble all of Bellaire, OH., Helen Marlene (Dave) Rinkes of Graysville, OH; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2 pm until time of funeral services at 5 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Pastor Wayne Clark officiating.  Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
