PONZANI, Dorothy, 81, formerly of Neffs, died Sunday, October 24, 2010 in Wheeling Hospital.

Dorothy was born in Neffs, Ohio on September 13, 1929, daughter of the late August and Anna Paboucek Ehlert.

She was retired from Imperial Glass.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ponzani in 2001; and two sisters, Irene Sostarich and Betty Jean Ehlert.

Surviving are her son, Gary (Lisa) Ponzani of West Bellaire and granddaughters, Larisa and Kelsey; her son, Rick (Kathie) Ponzani of Bellaire and granddaughters, Rachael and Krista; a niece, Cheryl Setzer and grand nephew, Michael Setzer.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville where services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. with Brother Dan Ponzani officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
