Dorothy Marie Otto, 85, of Bellaire, Ohio, died July 23, 2023, in Englewood, Florida at the home of her daughter.

She was born April 16, 1938, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Russell J. Kriechbaum and Mary Doane Ray Kriechbaum.

Dorothy was a retired bartender, and she was fun-loving and ornery. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas B. Otto; a son, Thomas Otto; two sons-in-law, Roger Ramsay and Doc Seay; a granddaughter, Athena; and her sister, Eula Mae Palmer.

Dorothy is survived by her two daughters, Kelly Ramsay, and Colleen Seay; a daughter-in-law, Terry Otto; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and extended family, the Hammond's and the LeMonte's.

Honoring Dorothy's wishes the services were private and burial was in Powhatan Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg.
