Dorothy Viola Mihalic (Jones), 91, of St. Clairsville, went home to be with Jesus peacefully in her sleep at home.

She was born in St. Clairsville to the late Walter and Rose Jones on December 21,1929. She married the love of her life the late John R. Mihalic also formerly of Maynard, Ohio. She loved her family so much and enjoyed spending time with them. She dearly loved her 3 cats as well. She had a long, blessed life and will be dearly missed.

Dorothy is survived by one son John Mihalic of Florida.   She was survived by two daughters Janet Repan of St. Clairsville, Ohio who passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 and Barbara (Rodger) Richards of St. Clairsville, Ohio, four grandchildren Kari (Tom) Wensyel of Mt. Pleasant, Ohio, David Repan of St. Clairsville, Ohio, and Dustin Repan of Martins Ferry, Ohio, Mistie (Shawn) Fitzgerald of Virginia and five great grandchildren, Tommy, Robert and Kiara Wensyel of Mt. Pleasant, Ohio. Emma and Gabriel Fitzgerald of Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her husband John R. Mihalic and both her parents Walter and Rose Jones and one grandson Anthony Mihalic Felici.

Private services will be held on Friday at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with burial in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio
