Dorothy "Dotty" Louise Meigh, 84 of St. Clairsville, Ohio, entered heaven's gate on August 15, 2022.

She was born on October 29, 1937, in St. Mary's, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Mabel Adams Wagner and Edgar Gale Wagner.

In 1957, Dorothy Louise married the love of her life, the late William Albert Meigh.

Dorothy was a 1955 graduate of Bridgeport High School where she was head majorette her senior year and was a proud member of The Rainbow Girls. She fondly recalled her years at Drum School of Dance with her acrobat accomplishments and enjoyed retelling stories of her time living on the farm in St. Mary's, West Virginia.

Dorothy was a graduate of National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University and a retired Senior Vice President and Senior Trust Officer of the Security National Trust Co.

Dorothy previously served on the Finance Committee of Kings Daughters and was a former member of the Advisory Board of the Wheeling Salvation Army.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, William Albert Meigh; daughter, Beth Ann Meigh; sister, Barbara Bewley; and brother, Robert Wagner.

Surviving are Dorothy's daughter, Marty (Chad) Baugh of St. Clairsville; sister, Gayla Baker of Westerville; brother-in-law, Donald Bewley of Bradenton, Florida; two grandchildren, Taylor (Trent) McIntire of St. Clairsville and Cassi (Dustin) Hynes of St. Clairsville; four great grandchildren, Amelia and Lettie McIntire and Carson and Emerson Hynes, all of St. Clairsville; several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday from 10 am to time of service at Noon with Rev. David St. Aubin officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens in Colerain, OH.
