Obituary
Doris P. Pytlak, 89, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died, Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in Wheeling Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
She was born March 19, 1928 in Neffs, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles and Gladys Porter Smith.
Doris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville.
In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by a grandson, Justin N. "Bean" Pytlak; and a brother, Charles Smith Jr.
Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Marion "Bunk" Pytlak; a daughter, Cindy (Dave) Turner; two sons, Tom Pytlak and Danny Pytlak whom she devoted her life to caring for at home; three grandsons and a great granddaughter.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a vigil service at 7:45 p.m.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville on Saturday at 10:30 a.m., with Father Edward Maxfield the celebrant. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cumberland Trail Firefighters Association, P.O. Box 262, St. Clairsville, OH 43950.
