Doris Anita Miller, 97, of New Waterford, OH died February 19, 2020 in the Christian House Assisted Living Center in East Palestine, OH.

She was born April 8, 1922 in Moundsville, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Leslie Long and Luetta Snediker Long.

Anita was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Miller, an infant son, Eddie Miller, six sisters and a brother.

Surviving are her two children, Les (Barb Gatten) Miller of New Waterford and Doreen (David) Ferenczy of Alliance, OH; a sister, Barbara Long; five grandchildren, Darryl (Julie) Miller, Dennis (Angie) Miller, Laura (Stephen) Eck, Ryan (Laura) Ferenczy and Sarah (Eric) Valentine; seven great grandchildren, J.T. (Natalie) Miller, Amanda Miller, Matt Miller, Mark Miller, Claire Eck, Colin Eck and Jace Ferenczy; two great-great grandchildren, Scottlyn and Scarlett Miller.

Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Monday from 12 p.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. with Wayne Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in Glencoe Cemetery.
