Donna Jo Crozier, 68, of Crozier Ridge Rd., Bellaire, died August 13, 2021 in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia.

She was born February 28, 1953 in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of Stella Lea Graham Ramsay and the late William Warren Ramsay.

Donna was a homemaker, farmer, quilter and "Jack of all trades". A founding member of the Church Alive on Key Ridge and she  was a current member of Cornerstone Church of God. She was a 1971 graduate of Union Local High School and later attended Ohio University Eastern. She was a 4-H advisor, one of the founding members of the Ridge Riders 4-H Club, a member of the 4-H Council and was named an honorary 4-H member in 1989. Donna had a fierce love for family, animals and quilting and she was blessed with an "extreme green-thumb".

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Ramsay; mother-in-law, Margaret Sams; father-in-law, Dr. Ed Sams; and father-in-law, Lyle Crozier.

Donna is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, George "Tom" Crozier; her mother, Stella Lea Ramsay; her two children, Terri (Bobby) Saffell and Tim (Tiffany) Crozier; four grandchildren, Frankie and Robbie Saffell and Taylor and Sadie Crozier; a sister, Beverly (Fred) Greenlee; sisters-in-law, Kelly Ramsay, Karen (Jerry) Narcisi, Suzanne Haslam, Carla Clark, and Wendy (Dan) Newland; many nieces and nephews; several great nieces and great nephews; and her extended family, the Sechrests.

A Celebration of Life Dinner will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 12 p.m. at the home of Tom and Donna, 61098 Crozier Ridge Rd., Bellaire, Ohio.  Arrangements are entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg.
