Donna Eileen Morgan Arnold, 81, of St. Clairsville, died Sunday, August 9, 2026, in Wheeling Hospital.
She was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania on January 16, 1945, a daughter of the late Alvin Vermont Green and Mary Catherine Miller Green.
Donna was a retired home health aide and former employee of Hills Department Store in the snack bar. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Lynn Morgan Sr., second husband, Harry Walter Arnold Sr., a son, Richard Lynn “Rik” Morgan Jr., a grandson, Zachary Mayhugh and two brothers, Glenn and Larry Green.
Donna is survived by her four children, Robert C. (Cindy) Morgan, Anita (Tony) Kalman, Bonita (Shawn) Girty and Hank (Amanda) Arnold; daughter-in-law, Diana Morgan; a sister, Linda Kyanko; three brothers, Dave (Debbie) Green, Tom Green and Bill (Karen) Green; grandchildren, Kacey Wells, Cain Morgan, Olivia Morgan, Ricky Morgan III, Kimberly Roy, Nick Gillespie, Sierra Gillespie, Sydney Mejia, Kelvin Girty, Tera Gossett, Griffey Girty, Sierra Yoho, Austen Arnold and Grant Arnold; several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, August 14th from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where visitation will again be held on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m., with Pastor Kris Bright officiating. Private burial will be in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
