Donald V. Ross's Obituary
Donald V. Ross, age 68, of Bellaire, passed away Friday, January 14, 2005 at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling.
He was born on February 28, 1936 in Tyrone, Pennsylvania, son of the late Rebecca Isenburg.
Donald was a retired employee of Triangle Conduit at Glen Dale and a U. S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He enjoyed spending time with his family and he loved animals. Don was an avid fan of Notre Dame, the New York Yankees and Shadyside Tiger Football.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bernadine Salva Ross; three brothers, Eugene, Robert and Paul Ross; and a sister, Betty Gonder.
Surviving are a daughter, Misty Maupin and her husband Darrin of Bellaire; a son, Donny Ross II and his wife Barbara of Bellaire; three grandchildren, Ariann and Jacob Maupin and Brianna Ross; a brother, Richard Ross of Kenmore, New York; several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until time of services at 2 p.m., with Rev. Thomas Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire.
