Hammond, Donald Myers, 52 of Wegee Rd., Jacobsburg, Ohio died Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at his home.
He was born December 9, 1958 in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late William Mansell Hammond and Eunice Juanita Cumberlidge Hammond.
He was a former employee of Dial Eastern States Aircraft Painting in Cadiz and Bobs Chevrolet in Barnesville and a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church in Key where he served as Elder and Session member.
Donnie enjoyed farming, his family, and his friends.
Surviving are his wife Marjorie Lynn Nimo Hammond; four children, William Joseph Hammond, Jennifer Renee Hammond, Stephanie Loraine Hammond, and Donald Micheal Bubby Hammond all of Jacobsburg; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Dawn Hammond; a brother, William (Theresa) Hammond of Westlake, Ohio; five sisters, Anita Kay Walters of Avon Lake, Ohio., Darlene (John) Koci of Bellaire, Barbara (Richard) Porter of Shadyside, Doris (Michael) McVay of Avon Lake, Ohio, and Lori (Todd) Long of North Ridgeville, Ohio.
Friends will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. with Pastors Kurt Turner and Wally Jancura officiating. Burial follows in Bethel Cemetery in Key, Ohio.
