Donald Lee Allen, 78, of Powhatan Point, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Country Club Rehabilitation Campus, Bellaire, Ohio.

He was born May 27, 1946, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Charles Albert Allen and Eileen Marie Bellville Allen.  He was a retired laborer at the Ohio Ferro-Alloy Powhatan location. He was a member of the Shadyside American Legion Post 521 He was United States Navy Veteran, where he served as a Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class abord the USS Vulcan (AR-5).

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Allen, as well as numerous aunts and uncles.

Donald is survived by his children, Jeanette (Douglas) Bruce and Nicole (Chad) Kocher; grandchildren, Jacob Krupa, Gabrielle Kocher, and Tiernan Kocher; and his best friend, Gloria Stiles.

Honoring Donald's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services.
