COLEMAN, Dolores Joan, 79, of Flushing, Ohio, died July 25, 2011 in Springfield, Ohio.

She was born November 17, 1931, daughter of the late George and Mary (Bugno) Malick.

She was the former owner and operator of Dolores Colemans Ceramic Shop. She was a former employee of Clark Brothers Company in Olean, NY; a graduate of Olean High School and Westbrook Business School. Dolores was a member of the St. Pauls Catholic Church in Flushing; and a former member of the Flushing Garden Club.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband and soul mate, Ivan B. Coleman.

Surviving are her son, John R. (Cindy) Coleman of New Albany, Ohio; her daughter, Joan M. (Joseph) Tackett of Springfield, Ohio; three grandchildren, Tasha N. Tackett of Springfield, Ohio, Benjamin K. Coleman and Zachary B. Coleman both of New Albany, Ohio; a great grandson, Aleec B. E. Tackett of Springfield, Ohio; a sister, Marie I. Malick of Olean, NY; her dear and precious friend, Sandy L. Zielinski of St. Clairsville.

Family and friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday from 4 p.m. until time of services at 6:30 p.m. with Father Frederick Kihm officiating.

Visitation and Service will also be held on Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at Guenther Funeral Home in Olean, New York. Burial will follow at St. Bonaventure Cemetery in Allegany, New York.
