Dolores Jean "Dee" Bragg, 84, of Piedmont, OH passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.  She was born January 26, 1939 in French Providence, Canada, a daughter of the late William S. and Edna Hughes Foster.

Dee was a retired manager for the Bethesda Meadows Apartments and a former employee of Bob Evans Restaurant in St. Clairsville and a member of Moorefield Christian Church.  She was the bookkeeper, sang in the choir and participated in the Shoe Box Christmas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jeannette Hunt; a granddaughter, Madison Tucker; four grandsons, Micah Tucker, Justin Michael Butcher, Matthew Lee Butcher and Brad Hunt; a brother, Billy Foster; two sisters, Linda Criswell and Bonnie Lloyd.

Surviving are her husband, Raymond A. Bragg of Piedmont; her children, Walter Hartman of St. Clairsville, OH., Shari (Rick) Tucker of Glencoe, OH., Michelle (Tony) Warner of Cambridge, OH., Scott Hartman of Bellaire, OH., Anita Stacy of St. Clairsville; two step daughters, Michele (Tim) Hines of South Charleston, OH and Krista (Bob) Vipperman of Jamestown, OH; a step son, Allen (Angela) Bragg of Hilliard, OH; a brother, Ronnie (Linda) Foster of Colerain, OH; a sister, Sara Danadic of Lansing, OH; 13 grandchildren; many great and great great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received on Monday from 4-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:30 am with Pastor Gerald Dombroski officiating.  Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
