Denice Racshell Miller, 68, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023, at Liza's Place of Valley Hospice, Wheeling, WV.  She was born May 6, 1955, in Washington, DC.

Denice was a retired employee of CAC of Belmont County HEAP office in St. Clairsville and a Baptist by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her significant other, Dwayne Marshall; two sisters, Elizabeth Washington and Racshell Cooksey; her father-in-law, Charles Marshall; a brother-in-law, Paul Marshall.

Surviving are her mother-in-law, Sharon Marshall of Lafferty, OH; her children, Glen (Marcy Baker) Smoyer of Belmont, OH., Allen (Brandie) Miller and Amanda (Mike) Phillips both of St. Clairsville; a brother, Robert Hansborough of Maryland; four grandchildren, Ethan Miller, Matthew Smoyer, Vivian Smoyer and Nic Dawson; five step grandchildren, Michael Phillips, Owen Phillips, Maria Phillips, Ryan Morgan and Robie Wagner; one great granddaughter, Aerabella Miller.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 2 pm until time of funeral services at 6 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Rev. Dr. Jerry Wenger officiating.  Final arrangements are at the convenience of the family.
