Delores M. Taylor, 93, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, died Sunday, August 20, 2023, in Wheeling Hospital.

She was born December 9, 1929, in Neffs, Ohio, a daughter of the late Wilfred and Freda McGarry Higgins.

Delores was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse from the Belmont Community Hospital in Bellaire. She was a member of the Jacobsburg United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul "Warren" Taylor; four children, Jo Ellen Taylor, Terry Taylor, Johnny Taylor, and Roger Taylor; four grandchildren, Don Wayne Taylor, Angela Harton, Wesley Taylor, and Nathan Rouland; and two sisters, Patsy Blon and Lilyan Workman.

Delores is survived by six sons, Greg, Larry, Wayne, Brent, Mark and Tim Taylor; two daughters, Sharon Yoss and Valerie Marbais; 31 grandchildren; 72 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; and a special friend, Tyler Graham.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Jacobsburg United Methodist Church, where visitation will again be held Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service at Noon, with Pastor Rusty Atkinson officiating. Burial will follow in Jacobsburg Cemetery.
