Palmer, Debra Kay, 54 of Alledonia, Ohio died Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at the home of her daughter near Malaga, Ohio.

She was born at Steubenville, Ohio on September 30, 1953 a daughter of the late Virgil and Clara Snyder Shipley.

In addition to her parents Debra was preceded in death by a daughter, Leigh Ann Palmer.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Palmer; daughters Tammy Conrad of Beallsville, Ohio and Tiffany Abbott of Woodsfield, Ohio; sisters Sandra Bethel of Flushing, Ohio; Jonetta Shipley of Morristown, Ohio and Vernann MacMillan of Barnesville, Ohio; brother Kip Shipley of Medina, Ohio and grandchildren Scott B. Folden, Leanne Folden, Payton Palmer, Paxton Palmer and Trinity Debra Abbott.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, Ohio on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until time of services at 8:00 p.m. with Jeff Rich, Minister. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
