Debra Lynn Palmer, 65, of Shadyside, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Wheeling Hospital. She was born July 6, 1959, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of the late Roland R. Habig and Geneva V. "Jenny" Smith Habig.

Deborah was a medical nurse assistant at Southeast Healthcare Center in Belmont County.

She is survived by her children, Steve (Dorothy) Palmer and Jenna (Matthew Barton); a sister, Shari (Jeff) Habig-Stewart; two brothers, Ron (Sally) Habig and Gary (Sharon) Habig; and five grandchildren, Alexis Palmer, Landyn Palmer, Blaze Anderson, Rhys Williams and Chance Anderson.

Honoring her wishes, there will be no public visitation or services.

Arrangements were entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville.
