Debbie Jo Phillips, 65, of Bellaire, OH., passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born April 8, 1958 in Bellaire, a daughter of the late Nyle W. and Lois Jean Ewan Phillips.

Debbie was retired from Belmont Hills Country Club.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robin, Roger and Glenn Phillips; a sister, Tina Phillips.

Surviving is her sister, Tracy (Charles) Lucas of Beallsville, OH; many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, OH with funeral services on Saturday at 11 am. Burial will follow in Beallsville Cemetery.
