Deborah Sue Couch, 60, of Belmont, Ohio died July 23, 2017 in Wheeling Hospital.
She was born October 28, 1956 in Martins Ferry, Ohio a daughter of the late Robert Siple and Shirley Polaski Lucas.
Debbie was a homemaker and excellent cook and she loved her and grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, D. Mark Couch.
Surviving are her significant other, John Wilson; her daughter, Stacy (Stephen) Tetley of Tiltonsville, Ohio; two sons, David (Andrea) Orr of Belmont and Greg (Nicole) Orr of St. Clairsville; two brothers, Robert (Pam) Siple of Bay Village, Ohio and Brian (Maggie) Lucas of Belmont; and four grandchildren, Jacob, Sarina, Sian and Jace.
Friends and family will be received at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
