David Timothy "Sam" Williams, 49, of St. Clairsville, Ohio died October 8, 2019 in Cumberland Pointe Care Center.

He was born January 30, 1970 in Bellaire, Ohio, son of James Robert Williams and the late Esther Louise Pitts Williams.

Sam was a graduate of Union Local High School.  He enjoyed building model cars, listening to country music, and especially watching his Pittsburgh Steelers.

Surviving are his father, James Robert Williams; his five siblings, Joyce Riley (Garloch), James R. Williams, Jr., Terri Burghy, Alisha Young, and Christopher Williams; along with several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Family and friends will be received Friday at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville from 4 to 8 p.m., where services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. with Pastor Charles Morrow officiating.  Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
